Compatibility with standards
To achieve this goal, we have followed the guidelines WCAG1.0 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 1.0), which have been done by the WAI Workshop (Web Accessibility Initiative) of W3C (World Wide Web Consortium).
It comply the standards and recommendations of the W3C regarding XHTML 1.0 and CSS 2, which ensures compatibility between platforms and versions of web browsers and allows to separate the structure of the presentation of contents.

Most links whose text does not fully describe the destination have title attributes with an explanation. Where possible, links are written to make sense out of context. Some browsers (such as JAWS, Home Page Reader, Lynx, and Opera) can extract the list of links to the current page and allow the user to navigate from this list.

If you have problems accessing to the web content, or you want to make suggestions for improvement, please contact the web responsibles using the contact form.
